My 12-Week Rejuvenation coaching program is designed for women who are experiencing the effects of fatigue and no longer want to feel overwhelmed and exhausted in their day-to-day life. By exploring current lifestyle patterns, formulating action steps for sustainable change and participating in twelve weeks of one-to-one coaching, you will begin sleeping better and notice a lift in your mood and energy, while getting intentional about your food and activity choices.
Designed to jumpstart your insight into why fatigue and sleeplessness have become a pattern in your life. Through coaching for four weeks to dive deep into your current sleep habits and the real impact fatigue is having in your life, you will learn how to design realistic action steps needed for a sleep transformation, so you can feel focused and engaged in your daily life.
I am ready to inspire you, your clients, colleagues and friends! My presentations are interactive for participants and a great fit for small, as well as, large groups. I offer several categories of topics on a variety of health, wellness and workplace themes.
$200 per hour
Participation in a yoga practice creates opportunities to enhance focus, creative thinking, flexibility and effectiveness on and off of the mat. I offer Baptiste-inspired, power yoga classes that are accessible to all levels of yoga experience. Sessions are offered on-site at your location as 45- or 60-minute practices.
