A 50-something midlife coach, yoga teacher and founder of Cheri Timmons Coaching.

I know exactly what it’s like to approach a major life milestone feeling burned out, overwhelmed and unsure of the right next step.

I struggled for a long time trying to figure out exactly how I wanted life in my 50s to look.  It seemed impossible to find time as a busy mom, wife and clinical social worker to turn my attention and time to how I could create a fabulous midlife that would fulfill me personally and professionally.

Without realizing it, your clutter is slowing you down and adding stress to your day-to-day life AND I will teach you how to clear it out quicker than you thought you could.

WEEK 2 - CORE INTEGRATION
Now is the time to reconnect to your core values and honor your personal strengths, so you can build on a solid foundation of what matters most to you. You will learn how to identify your Top 5 Core Values and use them to create a second act that you love!

WEEK 3 - GOAL-BUILDER LAB
It starts with a dream…and now is the time for you to DREAM BIG! Learn how to tap into your inner wisdom and honor your deep-seated dreams to discover your Vision for Midlife, create your Midlife Mission Statement and set your magnificent midlife goals.

WEEK 4 - THE ROADBLOCK DEEP DIVE
This week we dive deep to uncover the roadblocks, limiting beliefs and stories that keep holding you back. You will get clear about why your roadblocks appear how and when they do and how to successfully maneuver around them so they can’t hold you back anymore.

WEEK 5 - THE REFRAME METHOD
Building on everything you’ve explored and learned so far, you will now discover how to master The Reframe Method as your in-the-moment strategy to shatter limiting beliefs and negative self-talk, so you can transform them into empowering messages that make you feel confident and courageous.

WEEK 6 - KNOW YOUR TRIGGERS
When you are clear about the people, settings and challenges that trigger your negative beliefs and roadblocks, you can prepare more effectively for how you will show up in those experiences. You will begin to see things in a whole new way and understand exactly how to side-step the drama, respond instead of react and feel more in control of your interactions and emotions.

WEEK 7 - CRANK UP YOUR CONFIDENCE
Confidence is like a muscle. The more you exercise it, the stronger, more flexible and more resilient it will become. Confidence comes from the “doing”. This week you challenge yourself to step outside of your comfort zone and flex your confidence muscle. Together we will celebrate the results!

WEEK 8 - MASTER YOUR MINDSET
Your thoughts create your reality. All. The. Time!!! You will learn how to use the power of your thoughts and words to attract more of what you want in your midlife. Experience how using words of power, growth and possibility shapes your reality.

WEEK 9 - RECONNECT TO WHAT NURTURES YOU
Your energy is your power source. Are you aware of where you are leaking energy, giving it away and what you need to refuel each day? We will jump into an exploration of your energy drains and what replenishes you physically, mentally and emotionally, so that you can harness your power source for more daytime energy, focus and productivity.

WEEK 10 - SCHEDULING SECRETS FOR SUCCESS
What gets scheduled gets done. You will learn my 4-Part Method for Scheduling Success, so you can finally become the boss of your calendar, get done what you need to each day and feel energized in the process.

WEEK 11 - THE SUPPORT SYSTEM BLUEPRINT

How will I receive my coaching sessions?
Each of your 12 weekly, private coaching sessions are available via Zoom. If you are local to Greensboro, NC, we can arrange to meet in-person.

I’ve never worked with a coach before, how will I know if it’s right for me?
Great question! I offer a free, discovery call to ensure we will be a good fit for our coaching work together. During this 30-minute discovery call, we will discuss what is going on, where you might be stuck or need support and how working with me may be of help to you. If we both agree that coaching is the best next step, we can get started as soon as possible!

Couldn’t I just figure this out for myself?
Sure, I guess that you could. But if you had everything you needed on your own to figure this out, wouldn’t you have already done so by now? Learning from an expert and following a roadmap is the best thing you can do to set yourself up for success. A proven process and a step-by-step roadmap will get you there faster and better.

I’m not sure this is the right time for me to do this. I’m too busy/am moving/have a major life event coming up … maybe I should wait for a better time?
I understand…AND I also know that there will never be a “perfect time”. Waiting for the stars to align will only keep you stuck, right where you are right now. No matter how busy you are, it’s much better to do something small every day (as long as it's in the right direction), than to do NOTHING at all and wait for the "perfect" time.
